Oh Say Can You Sing?

Interested in singing the national anthem before a televised Caps game? Tuesday, March 4th (like, next Tuesday), there will be an American Idol style competition at the ESPNZone in DC at 6 pm. The winner of said competition will get to sing the "Star Spangled Banner" before the Capitals-Penguins tilt on Sunday the 9th at 12:30 pm. Good luck to all! You won't be any worse than Bitsy.

Hey FS,
What do you like to do on your Tuesday nights?

Great question John! Everyone knows that FS is a firm believer in the old adage "When it's time to party we will always party hard," and Tuesday nights are no exception! But this upcoming Tuesday is a special Tuesday, as Donald Brashear will be signing autographs at the ESPNZone in Washington (just blocks from the Verizon Center) and having a little Q & A. While you are there, ask him about the stupid penalty he took while on the Power Play at the last home game. Heck, ask him what the hell he is doing out there on the PP to begin with.
